The sleeper hit of this year so far, the cookie market has grown and became a saturated one apparently.
Nowadays, it seems like different cookie spots open up shop almost every month, and our sweet tooth couldn’t be more grateful.
Wether you like to enjoy it with tea, coffee, or milk, we decided to be your guide in the tasteful journey of finding the right cookie for you.
Much like food wars, we’ll honestly review well known cookie places based on their cookies’ size, texture, the best cookie, and the delivery service. Which will hopefully help you decide which place you’ll get your cookie fix from.
- Size: Average sized cookies.
- Texture: Very chewy yet kinda crispy, an awesome blend, if you ask us.
- Best cookie(s): Oatmeal cookie.
- Delivery: The Batter Half doesn’t have its own delivery service, but Uber Eats delivers for them.
- Size: Average sized, as in not too big, and not too small.
- Texture: A bit rough from the outside, chewy from the inside.
- Best cookie(s): Chocolate Chip cookie, and Lotus cookie. (Probably the best Lotus cookie of the bunch)
- Delivery: Orders take from 2-5 days to get done and delivered. They don’t deliver to Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October tho. Minimum order is 12 cookies.
- Size: A couple of sizes are available, ranging from small ones, to quite big ones.
- Texture: Has quite the different feel to it. It’s very soft and easily bendable, which makes it very chewy. (And that’s where it gets its name from.)
- Best cookie(s): Chocolate Chip cookie.
- Delivery: Orders take 1-2 days to be delivered.
- Size: Weirdough has only 2 sizes, either small or really big.
- Texture: Chunky and crispy from the outside, quite chewy from the inside.
- Best cookie(s): None really, nothing is that special.
- Delivery: Orders take only a day to be delivered. Minimum order is 6 cookies.
- Size: The average size you’d expect from a cookie.
- Texture: Just like Chewies, Chip me’s cookies are very soft and chewy.
- Best cookie(s): S’mores cookie.
- Delivery: You can place your order on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your order gets delivered on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays.
- Size: Their cookies are the largest in size of all those perviously mentioned.
- Texture: The crunchiest cookie of the bunch, which makes it very breakable.
- Best cookie(s): Chocolate Chip cookie, and Peanut Butter cookie.
- Delivery: Just like Chewies, orders take 1-2 days to be delivered.
At the end of the day, we have no idea what is the next cookie spot will set up shop or where it’ll be. But what we do know is that we’ll try it out, making the Cookie Monster proud, and getting morbidly obese in the process.
