Ahmed Hamam, the head of Information Technology (IT) at Luxor’s Central Administration, announced that internet service has been activated in some of Luxor’s main attractions.
The internet will have very high speed. The service is free, will be available to both tourists and natives.
The project is a collaboration between the Governorate of Luxor and Telecom Egypt.
Hamam also mentioned the places in which the services will be available, and they are:
Karnak’s Temple
Luxor’s Temple
and Hatshepsut’s Temple
Last but not least, Hamam mentioned that Telecom Egypt and the Governorate of Luxor are working together on making the service available at other places as well.
